ORGANIC PASSION

 

Ingredients:

120 ml. Moho Forest Fruits
20 ml. Passion fruit puree
30 ml. Raspberry puree
10 ml. Lemon juice
12.5 ml. Liquid sugar

 

Garnish:

Sliced apple, a raspberry and mint leaves.

 

Method:

Combine all ingredients except for the Moho in a glass of crushed ice. Fill with Moho and stir well.

 

Glass:

Long drink glass

 

Comments:

A natural organic cider and fresh fruit mixture to invigorate your body and awaken your mind.

 

 

MOHITO

 

Ingredients:

180 ml. Moho Elderflower
30 ml. Fine white rum
4 Pieces of fresh lime (or 12.5 ml of lime juice)
8 Mint leaves
3 Teaspoons of white sugar

 

Garnish:

Mint leaves and Angostura bitter.

 

Preparation:

Muddle the mint with the sugar and lime directly in the glass. Add crushed ice and pour in the rest of the ingredients. Stir vigorously

 

Glass:

Cider glass

 

Comments:

The classic mojito reinvigorated by organic cider.

 

 

CIDER MARTINI

 

Ingredients:

60 ml. Moho Green Apple
25 ml. Honey vodka
10 ml. Cinnamon syrup
10 ml. Ginger liqueur
10 ml. Lemon juice

 

Garnish:
Apple balls

 

Preparation:
Shake all ingredients except Moho in a shaker. Drain into a very cold glass and add Moho with the back of a spoon.

 

Glass:
Martini glass

 

Comments:
Delicious martini, flavored with spices, honey and apple.

 

 

SUMMER PUNCH

 

Ingredients:

150 ml. Moho Green Apple
50 ml. ‘Amer Picón’ (or sweet Vermouth)
An assortment of sliced fresh fruit
(cucumber, strawberry, lime, lemon, orange, cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, passion fruit and mint leaves)

 

Garnish:
cucumber, strawberry, lime, lemon, orange, cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, passion fruit and mint leaves

 

Preparation:
Prepare directly in the glass. Put the fruit in vertically, alternating it with ice cubes. Add the ‘Amer Picon’ and fill with Moho.

 

Glass:
Highball beer glass

 

Comments:
An excellent and refreshing aperitif based on organic cider with fresh summer fruits.
